The location is a little far from the hot spring town, so I was able to spend a very quiet time there. I had my meals in my room, so I was able to take my time. Both the room and bathroom were very clean and I had a comfortable stay.

I went there during the Obon holidays. The room was very nice. Dinner was delivered to the room and the number of items was very satisfying. Breakfast was also very delicious❗ Wakadanna's homemade food was also delicious. It's a little far from the hot spring town, so it's very quiet and I was healed by the slow flow of time. I would like to ask you again.

The hot springs were nice, but the food wasn't delicious. I had high expectations because the food had good reviews, but it didn't meet my expectations at all. It was especially disappointing that the only hot food at breakfast was rice and miso soup. I was surprised when the grilled fish was cold. What is this? Maybe because I went to bed early at night, I couldn't get any rest because I could hear the yelling from the room above and next door. Two stars because the hot springs were good. I don't think it's used anymore.

In March 2023, I have stayed at several inns in Shiobara Onsen in the past, but I chose this one because of the price. Because of its history, the building feels old, but it is kept well-maintained. As expected, the hot springs are wonderful. The open-air bath also has a nice atmosphere. The food was above average in terms of taste, but I thought it would be better if they could reduce the quantity (number of items) and improve the quality. It was a lot for me, but since I was having it in my room, I forced myself to overdo it and ended up eating too much. Lastly, everyone at the hotel was very polite and helpful.

The hot springs are chloride and hydrogen carbonate springs and are clear and colorless. There was an indoor bath and an open-air bath, each large enough for about 5 people. According to the website, it said it was an open-air bath with a view, but the view was... If you stand up for a moment and look, can you see a little mountain scenery? That's about it. If you get too excited about the outlook, you'll likely be disappointed...(ﾟДﾟ;) For that reason, the bath itself is not that interesting, but I guess it's worth it considering that I was able to use it calmly as a private bath and it cost 400 yen using a hot spring bill. I thought.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs, food, and room. The private bath had both an open-air bath and an indoor bath, so it was very relaxing and the view was spectacular. The view from the open-air bath is also great. I had informed them in advance that I had a shellfish allergy, so some of the meals were different from the usual menu, but they were all delicious. And the volume! Your stomach will be full both in the morning and at night. Please be careful if you can't eat much. The room was calm and I was able to spend a very relaxing time. The only things to note are that the hair dryer is weak and the men's bath has few amenities. I want to use it again.
